Returns in Qatar
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
International Returns
For international orders, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In brand-new condition
- With original tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
We kindly ask that you contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved:
- For international orders, we will arrange the return to Qatar and send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions.
- For Qatar orders, our team will guide you through the next steps to make the process smooth and simple.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order once it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:
- Swimsuits
- Sale items
- Discounted items
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or item, the quickest way is to return your original piece (once approved) and place a new order separately
