ODD orders within Qatar are delivered within 24 to 48 hours, from Saturday to Thursday. Shipping fees within Qatar vary depending on the delivery location and distance. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Same-day delivery may be offered to loyal customers upon request, subject to availability.

Home Service (Qatar)

ODD offers a Home Service option within Qatar for customers who would like to try a curated selection of items at home. For a fee of 50 QAR, a sales representative will visit your home with the selected items to assist you. This service allows you to view and try items comfortably before making your final purchase. Home Service is subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

International Shipping

Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the selected items, based on DHL rates (starting from 150 QAR for up to 2 kg). Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Delivery Information & Responsibility

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of purchase. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are complete and accurate. ODD cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Any additional expenses related to re-delivery or re-forwarding of an order will be the responsibility of the Customer.
